Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied.
Items for return or exchange MUST:
- Be received by the Florence Eiseman warehouse within 30 days of the ship date (found on your packing slip).
- Be included with the original invoice or packing slip.
- Be returned in their original condition:
- Items must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, with original tags still attached.
- Items must be neatly folded and enclosed in the protective bag.
- Swimwear returns must be in original condition, with the hygienic liner intact.
- Custom Embroidery items cannot be cancelled or returned.
- All sales are final on custom hair bows. No returns please.
- All sales are final on samples. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- We will accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from our website only.
Returns
We strive to make returning your Florence Eiseman products as easy as possible. To ensure a fast, easy, simple return, please follow the prompts after clicking on Initiate a Return below.
Once you complete the return process, you will be able to print out a return label and affix it to the front of the package. Please be sure to include the original invoice or packing slip in the return package.
Your original form of payment (credit card or electronic gift card) will be credited for the merchandise purchase price. Please note, a $10.00 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow for 7-10 business days for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the product. While we may issue the refund immediately, it may take your bank several days to post the refund to your account.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
If you are returning an item(s) that was gifted to you, please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy included with your gift. You must fill out the form included with your gift package. Please send the merchandise and form to the following address at your convenience.

Once we receive your merchandise and gift return form, we will issue you an electronic gift card to be used for future purchases at www.florenceeiseman.com.

Exchanges
We strive to make exchanging your Florence Eiseman products as easy as possible. To ensure a fast, easy, simple return, please follow the prompts after clicking Initiate an Exchange below.
Once you complete the exchange process, you will be able to print out a return label and affix it to the front of the package. Please be sure to include the original invoice or packing slip in the return package.
Once the product you wish to exchange arrives in our warehouse, we will ship out the new product you requested in exchange during the exchange process.
Defective Merchandise/Shipping Errors
Defective Merchandise or Shipping Errors can be returned in the same manner as other returns and exchanges. Please follow the prompts after clicking Initiate a Return or Exchange below.
If the shipping error was on our part, you will be refunded the shipping amount.
Florence Eiseman is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Price Adjustments
We are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 24 hours of your purchase. Items purchased at a discounted rate are ineligible for an adjustment. Promotions and shipping charges are exempt from the price adjustment policy.
